Vinification and ageing
Grapes undergo a delicate crushing and a soft pressing. Cryomaceration occurs at a monitored temperature of about 7° - 8° C in order to intensify the fruity flavour and the best organoleptic characteristics of the wine. This is followed by racking and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Straw yellow, veined with hues which bestow a unique touch of vitality.
Delicate and subtle. Delightful notes of almond tree flowers and pear, sweet spices and dried fruit can be perceived.
Dried, elegant, of excellent body. Very clear in aftertaste with a delightful persistence and pleasantness.
Best served between 8° - 10° C.
Traditional fresh wine for every meal, above all in everyday use. It is also excellent with lean meat appetizers, delicate cold cuts and fish main courses.
