Vinification and maturation
The healthy, ripe grapes undergo delicate crushing and pressing in horizontal presses. The wine, obtained after temperature-controlled fermentation, remains on its fine natural lees for 4 months in order to achieve perfect balance.
Straw-yellow with golden highlights.
Complex and floral, with hints of acacia flowers and honey.
Delicately dry; fruity and appealing.
Serve at 9°-10°C (48°-50°F).
Excellent with non-meat appetizers, delicately flavored pasta and rice dishes, fish, white meats or all vegetablebased dishes.
